Thank you for shopping at OH AGAPI. We hope that you are happy with your order. If this is not the case, you have the option of returning it for 2,99€ within 14 days of the invoice date. For a return, please follow the instructions on the returns portal . For an exchange, please note the information at the end.

RETURN WITH DHL

STEP 1 You can register your return quickly and easily on our returns portal. On the page you can specify which items you want to return and why.
STEP 2 The return label and the form with the items will be made available to you via download and email. Please print out the return slip and place it in the shipping carton.
STEP 3 Securely attach the return label to the outside of the sealed package.
STEP 4 Please hand in the labeled DHL Paket to the nearest packing station, post office, DHL Paketshop or Paketbox: locator.dhl.com .
STEP 5 As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation. After this has been successfully processed, the amount will be credited to you immediately.
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Should you wish to exchange your items, we ask that you contact our customer service (info@oh-agapi.de) to reserve your desired size and follow the steps above. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship your exchange.

Return Policy

  • The right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and perfect items from which the tags have not been removed. Please make sure that all original boxes and dust bags are also included with your return.
  • Please note that only one stamped return label is available per order. Therefore, please return all items in one package.
  • The return can only be made with the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered (DHL).
  • We would like to point out that we can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. For example, if the delivery was sent to Germany, the return may only be made from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (the fees for import and delivery are at your expense).
  • Personalized items cannot be returned.
  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • The right to exchange only applies to unworn, unwashed and perfect items from which the tags have not been removed. Please ensure that all of the original boxes and dust bags are also included with your return.
  • An exchange can only be made for the same item in a different size. Exchange for another color or another article is not possible.
  • Please note that a free exchange can only be made once for the same item in a different size.
  • The return must be in one package. We reserve the right to reject multiple returns from the same order at different times.
  • An exchange can only be made with the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered (DHL).
  • We would like to point out that we can only accept an exchange from the respective delivery country. For example, if the delivery was sent to Germany, the return may only be made from Germany. Otherwise, unfortunately, the exchange is not free of charge (import and delivery charges are at your expense).
  • Personalized items are non-returnable.

DECLARATION OF WITHDRAWAL

If you want to revoke your contract declaration, you have the following options:

1. DECLARATION OF CANCELLATION BY RETURNS
Your declaration of revocation takes place automatically if you return the item within 14 days of receipt, as stated above.

2. WRITTEN OR PHONE REVOCATION
After receiving your item, you have 14 days to send us your cancellation either in writing, for example by e-mail, letter or telephone. After you have informed us, we ask you to return the items within 14 days.
